We have available 2 specialist advisors and 1 debt advisor.

The debt advisor is able to offer advice and support whilst at drop-in and have the ability to book client’s in for a follow up appointment, if required. They deal with debts ranging from Council Tax to Energy debt and are unique with their hand-holding service ensuring the best support for the client’s.

The advisors are on hand to deal with a range of issues primarily benefits. They will deal will council tax support/housing benefit applications, benefit checks, housing related issues and blue badges. They are also there to be able to advise what grant applications clients may be eligible for and can follow this up with an appointment.

Please note: no benefit forms e.g.PIP, UC50, will be completed at drop-in.
