Rent includes: 24/7 security, utilities, WiFi, internet, reception service, tenants kitchen, public insurance, colocation and Free use of a private meeting facility.  At additional cost Centre4 also offers: digital telephone system, secretarial service and cleaning service.

The Centre benefits from 4 car parks, providing plenty of onsite Free parking for vehicles.
