Thrive Tuesday Group

A welcoming and inclusive community group designed specifically for adults. It offers a warm, supportive environment where everyone can engage in a variety of weekly activities that promote wellbeing, social interaction, and fun.

• Weekly Activities: Each week features a different activity such as arts and crafts, games, and gentle exercise classes.
• Social Focus: Encourages friendships and reduces isolation through shared experiences and group discussions.
• Accessible Venue: Held in a local community centre with easy access and facilities tailored to mobility needs.
• Refreshments Provided: Tea, coffee are available.

This group is for everyone who is working with any of Centre4’s social prescribing projects.
