About us
At Centre4, we’re at the heart of the community, working to improve the lives of individuals and families across North East Lincolnshire. Located at 17A Wootton Road, Grimsby, DN33 1HE, our vibrant hub offers a wide range of services, opportunities, and support to help people achieve their goals, strengthen the community, and create a brighter future for all.
Who We Are
Centre4 is a community-focused organisation dedicated to fostering resilience, inclusion, and innovation. We believe in empowering people to shape their own lives while contributing to a stronger, more connected society. Through our various projects, we aim to inspire growth, enhance wellbeing, and create opportunities for people of all ages and abilities.

A Warm Welcome
Centre4 is a place for everyone. Whether you need support, want to connect with others, or simply want a change of scenery, we are open to all. Walk in for a chat, to ask a question, a coffee at Cafe Connect or just to sit and enjoy the space—we’re here to support you.
Support and Advice
We offer practical support to help individuals and families navigate challenges. Our team provides expert guidance on debt advice, benefits, and accessing the right services. If we can’t help directly, we’ll connect you with trusted organisations that can. Whatever your situation, we’re here to help you find the support you need.
Early Years Care
Butterflies Day Nursery, part of Centre4, provides high-quality early years care in an inclusive and nurturing environment. With a dedicated SEND provision and programmes like Forest School and ToddleTalk, we ensure every child gets the best start in life. Our team creates a warm, stimulating setting where children can learn and grow.
Youth Opportunities
Our exciting youth programme offers young people somewhere to go, something to do, and someone to talk to. With a purpose-built youth facility due to open in Summer 2025, we’re proud to offer activities such as music groups, football, Lego club, and multi-sports, ensuring that every young person has a space to belong.
Social Prescribing
At Centre4, we champion social prescribing as a way to connect individuals to non-clinical services that improve wellbeing. Our team works closely with individuals to offer personalised support, linking people to community groups, activities, and services that address social, emotional, and practical needs. Whether it’s accessing a hobby group, finding employment support, or connecting with others in the community, our social prescribing service is here to help individuals take control of their health and happiness.
